Courteous reception and service. Received an upgrade without having to ask. Although a longtime customer, this is the first time I felt like my President's Circle status was acknowledged. I also like that they now provide a free ride home after drop off. Great experience overall! Many thanks to Tashauna. She's excellent!
my boss smoked in my car for 2 minutes. I got nailed with a $300 cleaning fee. Have to get another rental this Friday while the body shop waits for parts to repair my car. Guess where I wont be renting from? The attitude of the agent was she was taking great pleasure in fining me
Nice people that serviced me. Small location with not a lot of car options and only a couple of employees, so if there are more than 2 customers there will be a serious wait.
Car is always clean, I never have to wait for a car, it is always signed in and keys ready. New staff hasn't missed a beat. I rent 50-60 times a year from this location alone. Always a great experience!
They don't open on time it says 730 and nobody's there
